YOGA BLISS
Yoga Bliss evolved because after each of these sweet and gentle classes there is an undeniable connection to the divine bliss around us and within us. The Yoga Bliss experience is created by skillfully weaving, Joint opening movements, somatic explorations, Kundalini, Yin, and Restorative Yoga practices together. This fluid intermingling is aligned by the backbone of Vinyasa practices as taught in the Krishnamacharya lineage. So there is an intention and attention to the subtle energy flows and ayurvedic influences within us and around us. You may potentially feel as if you have had deeply healing energy work after this class. You will feel the bliss and the Bhav. This class will release stress, ground and inspire you to feel the sweet nectar of every moment. It is a very gentle and restorative practice.
BHAKTI FLOW
Bhakti Flow is a dynamic vinyasa class which weaves devotional inspirations, transformative belief work and the physical practices of yoga into a soulful journey. This practice is grounded in Ayurvedic Yoga Vinyasas as taught by Mukunda Stiles and as inspired from many other great teachers and lineages. The dynamic bouquet of influences, that make up the Bhakti Flow experience, are all infused with the sweet nectar of falling in love with each present moment. The Tantric play of energy is engaged through the breathe and meditative focus. By Tantra we mean a focus on the sublte energy that is present in every moment and the conscious use of how we move this energy. This class will awaken your inner sense of courage and creation and inspire you with deep wellspring of vitality. You will feel the flow of that greater tide and you will fee the connection to the universal energy that speaks to the heart.
YOGA BASICS
II love teaching the bliss of the basics, because I totally get it. When i first started doing yoga i really didn't love it. The idea of stretching literally made me nauseous and I didn't understand it. Having come through the journey I can totally relate and I love sharing Yoga in a Way that meets people where they are. In the Yoga Basics experience the main postures of Yoga are presented in a way that gets the body and the mind comfortable with it all and keeps the spirit at ease.
SOUL FLOW
When you are ready for a complete game changer, a deep healing process interwoven into your physical Yoga Game you are ready for a Soul Flow Yoga session. You will Detox not only your body but any mental blocks, karmic blocks that you have to really living life large. The physical practices change depending on the them of the practice but the intention for the Soul Flow Yoga Journey always stays the same to create the space for a deep connection and rejuvination of the soul.
