YOGA IS UNION

YOGA is the Union of The Self to the Present Moment.  It  is the union of the Body, Mind and Spirit. It is contains within it a myriad of practices, which are all opportunities to go deeply into the exploration of the body, the mind and the spirit. By utilizing these practices we refine ourselves on all of these levels and we truly change our lives. Yoga has been this for me. It has truly changed my life, it has shown me the way to experience so much love and I hope to share this with you! 

At this juncture in the human experience on earth I truly believe that there is a calling in each one of us to become the luminaries that we are.  Each one of us has a bright shining light that is the vibrancy of our soul. It is our duty to awaken our connection to this light. It is our duty to shine bright and be the lighthouses that shine the way for those around us. 

 

Through the practice of Yoga we literally awaken, heal and recalibrate the  connections in our bodies along the pathways of muscle, bone and systems of the body.  As these connections are made we to truly become more vibrant.  As we awaken our muscles and our cells we create the space in the physical for our soul energy to shine through.  

 

The practice of yoga does not just expand  our own experience on this planet. It is much bigger. It is one of the most effective forms of activism we can partake in.    As we create bliss within ourselves, we can create bliss in the world around us.

No matter what you feel is in the way, if you have pain, injury or trauma, there is still a way to practice Yoga and experience it's possibility. I understand. I love sharing yoga in a way that is beneficial for every body and everybody.  We will work together to find that sweet spot for you that is both challenging and fun, restorative and rejuvinating.
