Together we will journey using super yummy yoga practices, mindset and lifestyle shifts to detox the patterns that we no longer need. We will create a freedom as we explore how it could be better?  We will focus on the big questions.

I'm going to be honest.  This isn't a quick fix, you won't start working with me and all of a sudden  everything is unicorns and rainbows. You are not going to feel the angels sing around you as soon as you start on your radiance reset journey. 

But what I do know is that this journey is worth it. I do know that once you commit to this journey your life will never be the same . I do know that if you don't make a decision to do something different now,  things won't change and they may even get worse. This sounds harsh, however I know this from experience. 

It is from the deepest place of love for humanity, it is from an unquenchable desire to inspire that I offer this work.

Who am I?

I am a  woman who  has been through it. I am a lifelong spiritual seeker. I have been around the block more than a few times and I have a master's Degree in the school of hard knox. I am a mother that loves her children so much she could eat them up . While at the same time I am a woman that knows the struggle and the value of finding the sweet spot in the business and the miracle of creating time for myself.   I am a teacher,  healer,  thoughtleader, wayfinder, dreamchaser and an inspirer by dharma.  And I am shamelessly in love with the divine, with that higher power that moves through us and in us and around us.

I am a lifelong entrepreneur who has succeeded and failed. I have had multiple businesses and I know the ecstasy of creation, and the empowerment of changing your mind along defeat and trauma of loss. I know the sensation of the bleeding heart and offering everything and giving it all up to the point of my own starvation.  I know these things from experience and I have learned from them. It is from this point and place of wisdom that I will share and guide you on your journey. 

I know the loneliness of broken families and single parenthood and welfare lines. I know the frustration and fear of a body that sometimes is working against you. All of the messiness and the struggles i have been through have really truly created the space for me to connect experientially with the journey, giving me the tools that i can offer to you and the belief that there are infinite possibilites and that you can overcome.

I am rewriting the stories of limitation. I am telling stories of miracles and blessings. I am  accepting the support of the  universe and the community around me.  I am honoring all the incredible things that I have accomplished and I am enjoying the rewards and  the fruits of my labor. I am learning to love this life and to lean on the habits that support my everflowing growing transformation. I know that this work is for the world.   I am embracing the  healing and intuitive gifts I have kept undercover and   I am offering them to you, to the world.

Because truly what the world needs now is for us all to  live these stories of love, connection, healing and forgiveness.
