SUBCONSCIOUS BELIEF WORK

97% of our consciousness is actually subconscious. This simply means it is below our normal, everyday level of awareness. The subconscious controls so much of our automatic processes and patterns which sometimes relates to the negative and redundant patterns we no longer need.  One of the most effective ways to change these unwanted patterns is to change the subconscious beliefs that sustain them.

Q: How Does PSYCH-K work?

A: The PSYCH-K process first identifies unwanted or conflicting subconscious beliefs using Applied Kinesiology ( also known as muscle testing). It then utilizes simple change processes called "balances" that transform these into beliefs that support you in what you want to experience. In effect, old, mostly unconscious beliefs running in the background of the mind are "redirected" to match your current goals and desires.
